In case of purchase from Outlet you have to bring the sales receipt along. The refund amount will be transferred into your Bank Account, JazzCash or EasyPaisa Account. The product returned must be in new condition returned without using or removing the brand tag.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in following cases:
1. Company has by mistake sent wrong size or a damaged product or any item is missing from suit and customer has informed within 3 days – in this case company will pick product from your address and will deliver the new product and the customer will not pay any extra delivery charges.
2. Customer has by mistake ordered a wrong size or customer is not happy with the design due to change of mind in this case we can exchange the size or design but the customer has to send the product back to our address (given below) in unused condition without removing the tag and after receiving the product at Luxeurs Head Office we will send the product at customer given address with no extra delivery charges.
